Returns and Refunds

It is greatly hoped you will be 100% happy with your purchase.

Quick Returns Info:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days
  • Returns postage is not free
  • To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same condition as sent. 
  • If the item is damaged please take a photo within 24 hours and let us know on info@mybotanicalheart.com. In the case of a print please email studio@spectrumphoto.co.uk
  • Refunds will be made through your original payment method

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. No problem if the item is not what you expected, but feedback is always good. If 14 days have elapsed, you would no longer be eligible for a refund.

Returns postage is not free. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. This is to minimise waste and the environmental impact that goes with waste and travel. See shipping below..

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Please email via the contact page or info@mybotanicalheart.com of your intention to return with the reason for the return or exchange. 

A returns address will  be sent to you.

Once your return has been inspected a confirmation email will be sent to you to notify you to confirm receipt and then of the approval or rejection of your refund. Again, this is to ensure the item is returned in its original condition.

If approved it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your card or original payment method within 7 days.

It is recommended the item is returned using recorded delivery and proof of postage is obtained. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged, lost or stolen in transit or for postage fees.

IF YOUR PRINT ARRIVES DAMAGED, please take a photo of the damaged print and package and email studio@spectrumphoto.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery where an exchange will be arranged.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received an expected refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Currently sale items can be refunded.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
